About BE360°

About Basic Education 360°

Basic Education 360° (BE360°) is a whole-system, child-centred education transformation model designed to develop every dimension of the learner: intellectual, technical, creative, emotional, digital, and social.

A Holistic Framework for Transforming Learning Systems

BE360° is a framework for whole-system change. It is not a single course, a single school or a stand-alone charity programme. It sets out how the parts of a learning system can be strengthened together, so that improvements in one area are supported by the others.

One framework, ten connected pillars

It moves beyond traditional schooling to deliver academic excellence, practical and employable skills, digital competence, talent discovery, and inclusive education.

BE360° brings together foundational learning, technical and vocational skills, STEM and innovation, teacher development, digital learning, talent discovery, inclusion, school infrastructure, partnerships, and sustainable governance.

Explore the ten pillars

Why system-wide coordination matters

BE360° treats education as an interconnected ecosystem involving curriculum, teaching methods, infrastructure, governance, and assessment. A new classroom without trained teachers, or a digital platform without connectivity and content, delivers less than it could. The framework asks that the pillars be planned and resourced together.

Core philosophy

A Different Way to Think About Education.

Whole-Child Development

Education should extend beyond literacy and numeracy to support creativity, problem-solving, emotional intelligence, leadership, and citizenship.

System Transformation, Not Isolated Reform

BE360° treats education as an interconnected ecosystem involving curriculum, teaching methods, infrastructure, governance, and assessment.

Lifelong Learning Pathways

Learners should be supported through multiple pathways, including academic, technical and vocational, entrepreneurial, creative, and innovation-oriented opportunities.

Stronger Systems. Better Futures.

The framework describes four areas of intended impact. These are the outcomes BE360° is designed to work towards. They are not measured results.

Education Outcomes

  • Improved learning outcomes
  • Improved literacy and numeracy
  • Increased school enrolment and retention

Economic Outcomes

  • Skills development
  • Workforce readiness
  • Stronger links between education and industry

Social Outcomes

  • Inclusive and equitable learning opportunities
  • Better support for underserved learners
  • Reduced inequality

Innovation Outcomes

  • Stronger innovation ecosystems
  • Increased opportunities for entrepreneurship and innovation
  • Improved global competitiveness

Intended outcomes described by the framework. They will be reported as results only when supported by evidence.
