Accessibility Statement

Last updated 14 October 2026

We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or voice control. Inclusion is one of the ten BE360° pillars, and the site is built to reflect it.

What we have done

  • The site is designed against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA.
  • Every page can be used with a keyboard, with visible focus and a “skip to content” link.
  • Text and controls meet colour-contrast requirements, and the layout adapts to text enlargement and small screens.
  • The audio player has labelled controls and works with the keyboard; nothing plays automatically.
  • Videos open in YouTube's player, which offers captions where the publisher has provided them.

Known limitations

Some older documents in the library may not be fully accessible. Transcripts are not yet available for every audio and video episode. If you need something in another format, please ask through the contact page.

Feedback

If you find a barrier on this site, please tell us through the contact page so we can fix it.
