Privacy Policy

Last updated 14 October 2026

This notice explains what information this website collects, why, and what you can do about it. It reflects how the site is actually built.

What we collect

  • Partnership and contact forms: the name, organisation, email address, optional phone number and message you choose to send. We use this only to reply to you.
  • Updates sign-up: your email address (and name, if you give it), the date you signed up and the wording you agreed to.
  • Security records: to stop abuse of the forms and the admin sign-in, the server keeps a one-way scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address for a short period. It cannot be turned back into your address.

We do not use advertising cookies or analytics trackers. On pages that contain a form, the site sets one strictly necessary session cookie that protects the form against forgery; it expires when you close your browser. The audio player remembers where you stopped listening in your own browser's storage; that information never leaves your device.

Embedded videos

Videos are hosted on YouTube. A video is only loaded from YouTube when you press play, using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode. Once loaded, YouTube's own privacy policy applies.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them and then deleted, normally within 24 months. Sign-up records are kept until you unsubscribe; after that only the fact that you unsubscribed is kept, so we do not contact you again.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from updates at any time on the unsubscribe page or with the link in any update we send. You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by contacting the BE360° team through the contact page.

Who sees it

Only authorised BE360° administrators can view enquiries and sign-ups. We do not sell or share your information.
